Deena Govender has spent the last 15 years with the BMW Group. With a professional background in both engineering and journalism, he has held various roles at the BMW Group in Europe and South Africa ranging from vehicle engineering and development, vehicle manufacturing, sales and marketing, business development and most recently customer relations. Having been actively engaged in all parts of the product life-cycle from concept design through to customer experience, he is well positioned to appreciate the entire customer-product lifecycle and unlock true customer value in an environment of rapidly changing consumer behaviour.
